Our GUARANTEE applies exclusively to the Migration Agent Professional Fees you pay. It does not cover any application fees. Please note that government or statutory bodies do not refund their charges in the event of a visa refusal.

If DreamPath advised against applying for a visa but you wish to lodge it anyway.
If an applicant fails to disclose information relevant to visa application.
If an applicant fails a health or character test.
If an applicant provides false documents or documents which cannot be verified.
If an applicant provides false or misleading information.
If an applicant wishes to withdraw from their application after lodgement.
If an applicant fails to follow instructions or advice given by our registered migration agents.
In the event of any breach of refund clause in the signed fixed fee contract.
